Windows 10: Unable to get recovery key ID from Microsoft

I tried text and email Microsoft is NOT sending a verification code So, How can I get a code ?

I changed my email address and had to wait 30 days to get my recovery keys. When i went into Microsoft to get the recovery key, the display showed a different key ID. I think j have more than one device with this email address. Hiw do i get the recovery
key for the other device tvst is not listed?

I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Next Step, What should I do?

We're here to help. If you have set up a recovery key, you may need to login on a computer using your Microsoft account to get the recovery key. Please follow the steps provided below:

• 
  Go to account.microsoft.com/devices.
  
• 
  Login using the same Microsoft account that you used on your phone.
  
• 
  Select Get recovery key and wait until it generates the code.
