Windows 10: Unable to get Reset link from Mail

Hello there,I m stuck, trying to reset a live account one drive, but we never recieved the email in spam or anywhere..we try to contact provider to remove any kind of rules without successwe try the reset process without email with no sucess...How contact someone to try to send the reset link on the mailboxe without spam problem ?many thx

Windows 10 Mail & Calendar Apps Unable to open

Thank you for the information.

If that's the case, we suggest resetting Mail & Calendar app by following the steps below:

• On the search bar, type Settings and press Enter.
• Select Apps.
• Locate and click Mail and Calendar, select Reset.

After resetting the apps, we recommend resetting cache of Windows Store:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.
