Windows 10: Unable to get the microsoft updates since 3/17/2020 and in msc.services getting error...

Currently, my HP laptop is having windows 10 pro version 1909 and is unable to Reset PC, gettingAutomatic Repair windows recovery loop while booting and loading the Laptop every time I log in. I did n't have any hardware and software drivers issues of my HP Notebook 15.


Main problem is here update/security ->windows update here I encountered the problem

So please fix and resolve the issues as early as possible. I hope you will help in getting the clean windows 10 pro 2004 update in this aspect.

# To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Unable to load Microsoft Solitaire Collection, getting Cloud Data Error.

Thank you for the information. Before I try your suggestions, I will answer the questions and wait for further input from you.

• When you say, you get the "Cloud Data Error", when exactly do you get it?

From the start menu I tap the MSC (Microsoft Solitaire Collection) and get

a box that says "Importing Windows 8 Cloud Data" "We found your windows 8 MSC save game data in the cloud and will import it to Windows 10 now. Please remain connected to the internet"

I tap Ok and the program tries to load

The I receive a box "CLOUD DATA IMPORT ERROR" "There was a problem would you like to try again?" I have a choice to tap "Retry or Cancel" If Retry is tapped the same error above will show each time "Retry" is tapped. When "Cancel" is tapped my gamer tag

2. Do you face any issue with the other games? The MSC is the only game played

3. How did you install the game?
