    Unable to get through my main password on my old hp stream


    I thought it could be the BIOS my neighbor told me so I did all this work to find it's telling me to go to accounts.live.com. So I tried that but my old laptop is no where to be found on ms and I don't want to mess up my current account with my newer laptop. I had a back up but the usb was stolen along with my whole fire safe and I need this information out, so I can't factory reset it either. Please advise. I've been on this like 20 hours. I hope it's windows 10. It's a 2015 or 2016 HP Stream.
