Windows 10: Unable to get verification code to mobile number

Hi, I am locked out of my laptop and it is asking for the recovery key. I have attached the screenshot of my screen.I have been trying to sign in since morning. I am able to approve the sign in through my email account open on my phone as part of the two step verification process. Password is also working. My number that is linked to the account is successfully verified but I am not receiving the verifications code. I am receiving other sms on that number without problems and according to the number provider it is microsoft's fault. There is no number on microsofts website one can call and fo

Hi. Does the verification message for verifying a mobile number take a day or two? After I entered my mobile number in my account, it says I will receive a new message on my phone in a few minutes but I didn't. I retried and re-added my mobile number several
