Windows 10: Unable to Hide Built in Adminstrator Account (Version 1909.)

Despite following the procedures on this Forum using Elevated Command Prompt, Elevated Power Shell, Security Policy and Local Users and groups I've only been able to disable, not hide the Hidden Administrator account. When I start the PC the login screen shows "Your Account has been disabled. Please see the administrator." Bottom L of the screen shows the admin account and my own account.

I've not been able to use the regedit method as I don't have the relevant keys showing. You'll see screen snip showing the keys I do have.

Any ideas will be gratefully appreciated as to how I can hide this account.

Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account

Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary device not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

You may be facing the above issue due to the built-in administrator enabled on your PC instead of normal administrator/local user account. Disabling the built-in administrator account will help you to login into normal administrator user profile.



I suggest you to follow the steps below to disable the
Built-in administrator user account and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo + R keys on the keyboard to open run command, type
  gpedit.msc and press Enter to open Local group policy editor on your PC.
  
• 
  Double click on the following program sequence:
  Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options
  
• 
  Locate User account control:admin approval mode for the built in administrator account from the window and double click on it.
  
• 
  Select Enable from the pop-up window and follow the on-screen instructions.
  
• 
  Close the window and check if the changes are effective.
