    Unable to highlight when using AOL email on Microsoft Edge


    I use AOL email with Microsoft Edge. I have previously had no problem highlighting portions of emails when replying or forwarding. This facility seems to have disappeared, but is still there if I use Internet Explorer. I thought Edge was an upgrade; can anyone explain why this highlighting facility has apparently been blocked from Edge?

    After downloading windows 10 I am unable to answer email on aol. As soon as i start typing in a dialog box the aol software shuts down

    Unable to print outlook.com emails in Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge

    Hi ,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    To assist you further could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • Have you tried to check if you're able to print the email by accessing Outlook.com
      through a different Web Browser?
    • Is the issue specific to Outlook.com Emails?
    • Are you trying to print a Password Protected Email?
    • Since when are you facing this issue?

    To isolate the issue I suggest you to follow the steps below to check if you are able to print from Internet Explorer.

    To open the webpage in Internet Explorer:

    • Open Microsoft Edge.
    • Click on the three dots on the right hand top corner and select Open with Internet Explorer.
