Windows 10: Unable to import media to Dell Inspirion

I have an older Sony HandyCam, and I want to put a couple videos on my computer so I can share them with friends and family. I connected it to my computer via USB, and it opened the Photos app. When I went to import videos from it, the photos app just says "Please update your devices settings to accept media transfers". I went to my settings both in the Photos app and on my computer settings to find this, and it seems to be no where at all. I have been trying to find something similar online to see if I can fix it myself, but it won't pull anything up.

You may follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your hardware and devices.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

Changing the Font Setting in Windows 10 on Dell Inspirion Laptop

I am trying to change the font setting in Windows 10 on a Dell Inspirion Laptop. I looked around on the Internet and read about what other people are doing, but I can't find the appropriate buttons or links in Settings to make this happen. What do you
suggest? I have McAffee and Webroot running at the moment.

my Dell Inspirion 3541 won't update windows 10 version 1709

my Dell Inspirion 3541 won't update windows 10 version 1709 due to an external syskey and it wants an internal syskey. i get error code Oxc1900209 everytime and thats not on the virtual agent list. The latest version it updated was Version 1607for x64-based
systems(KB408889) on 3/30/18
