Windows 10: Unable to install 2020-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based...

I have been trying to do this for about 2 months now. The last update was KB4560960, which I missed.

The Windows 10 Home version I am on is 1909.

The update can be downloaded, but when it reaches 100% install, it throws this 0x800f0831 error code.

The solutions from https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/4477073/error-0x800f0831-when-you-install-an-update and https://www.pcerror-fix.com/update-error-code-0x800f0831 did not work, so I am at my wits' end.

I run DSim and Src. When I run Src, it structed. Update failure message come again.

I cannot install the below Microsoft updates in Dell XPS 9365 13" 2-in-1 Laptop,

1. 2020-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4565483)

2. Microsoft Edge Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4559309)

IS this a known issue?. Any recommendations?.
