Windows 10: Unable to install 2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for...

Have tried many things like using admin terminal, and somethings that an agent from Microsoft support gave nothing has worked, cant really find anything online apart from people trying to advertise their software that I don't care about. Anyone have any solutions?

Mine gets stuck at 4% while the other has completed. As per the following:

2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039302) & 2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212) updates fail. I have tried everything and HP support has even taken over my computer and it still did not work. This update has been doing it itself for months now it is not working and i cant find a away to update it, or contact windows support or Microsoft to even help. Literally nothing has worked at all, none of the channels or links that I have found from other questions. Is anyone aware of what the heck is going on with this freaking update, that decided not to work this month?
