    Unable to install any new programs


    Hey there, I've been trying to help my aunt with her laptop as she's been having some issues lately. I went to try and update some drivers but whenever I try to install any new program I get this error "the instruction at 0x0000000077351EBA referenced at 0x0000000077351EBA. The required data was not placed into memory becuase of an I/O error 0x0000428" I've run a chkdsk and no errors were found, I've also checked to see if the drive is failing which it's not. At this point it's looking like I'm gonna have to reset the laptop. Any help would be much appreciated.Kind RegardsSamuel

    The issue might be due to corrupt/missing installation files of the program. Please provide the below information to understand the issue in a better way.



    1. Since when are you facing this issue?
    2. How are you installing the program?
    3. Which program you are trying to install?


    Since you have already tried some steps to resolve the issue, but you were unable to fix it. Please let me know the steps which you have tried, so that I will not provide the same suggestions again.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Unable to install any OS

    Hi guys, I'm unable to install any OS. I tried ubuntu and got input/output error, tried installing window 7 error 0x80000010.

    Downloaded iso's of both again and again still same result. Got a new SSD still the same, tried a different usb still the same.

    I'm fed up, have been trying since the past 1 month still am unable to install.
    I've listed my specs in my profile.

    PS Have even tried/changed my ram.
    Where the pug is the problem ?

    I have been using live usb to work on computer for now but I need a permanent OS.
