Bluestacks App not installing on win 10

Before we proceed, could you please tell us
the exact error message that you get when you try to install the software?

If you are unable to install the software, it could be due to a corrupt installed file, conflict with other software. I would suggest you to try the methods provided below and check if it helps.



Method 1:



First, I suggest you delete the downloaded installer (.exe file) and download a fresh copy from the website and check. This is to make sure that the current installer file is not corrupted.



Method 2:



If the issue still persists, I suggest to boot the computer in safe mode and check if you are able to install the software. This step is performed to check if the issue is caused due to a software conflict.

Follow the instruction provided below.

• Press the ‘Windows + I’ key on the keyboard.
• Click on Update and Security.
• Click on Recovery option.
• Under Advanced Startup, click
  Restart now.
• Click on Troubleshoot,
  Advanced options, Startup Settings.
• Click Restart, select Safe Mode with Networking
  and then press Enter.

Now, try installing the BlueStack software and check.

Problem with bluestacks on windows 10

To assist you better, I would like to know; do you get any error message, while trying to run the program?

I would suggest you to uninstall the Bluestack program and try installing it again.

Step 1:

To uninstall follow the steps.

1) Press Windows key + x and select Program and features.

2) Right click on the Bluestack and click on
Uninstall.



Step 2: Install Bluestack application again and check if it helps.
