Windows 10: Unable to install Click Once VB.net application to Windows server since Security Update...

I have a Windows VPN server which I use to host some websites and also run a VB.net console application. The console app is copied over from my PC via my RDP connection and then installed on the server using One Click.However, after the Security Update for Windows KB5053603 is installed on the VPN server, I get an error when trying to update my console app:ERROR SUMMARY Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log. * Activation of C:..... resulted in exception. Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Update .NET Framework version on Windows server 2012 R2

Hello,

I have the following scenario:

I have a Windows server 2012 R2 server with version 4.5.2 of the .NET Framework currently installed. I need to install two Windows services that were compiled with version 4.6.1 of the .NET Framework. Because the current version of the .NET Framework installed
on the server is earlier than the services I want to install, I am unable to run these new services on the server.

My question is: if I upgrade the .NET Framework on the server, to install the new services compiled with version 4.6.1, the services and applications currently installed on the server and running with version 4.5.2 will have any impact with this update?
