Windows 10: Unable to install cumulative updates of July 2020 for windows 1903

Unable to install cumulative updates of July 2020 for windows 1903. getting error as "The following updates were not installed" even though SSU was successfully installed. I install the patch manually which means I need to download it from the Microsoft catalog site. Please refer to the screenshot. below.

Cumulative updates - July 14th 2020

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Windows 10 Pro and a HP Officejet Pro 8620. The July updates caused my computer to stop communicating with my printer. Please advise. I have done troubleshooting, uninstalling...now I cannot reinstall the printer because they
won't communicate with each other...both USB and Wireless. I can print things from my phone so there is nothing wrong with my printer.

This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on July 14th for all the supported consumer releases of Windows 10.

Known Issues

Known issues with KB4565503(2004): When using some apps, such as Microsoft Excel, users of the Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME) for Chinese and Japanese might receive an error, or the app might stop responding or close when attempting to
drag using the mouse.For more information and workaround steps, please see
KB4564002.

Known issues with KB4565483 (1903/1909): After installing this update on a Windows 10 device with a wireless wide area network (WWAN) LTE modem, reaching the internet might not be possible. However, the Network Connectivity Status Indicator
(NCSI) in the notification area might still indicate that you are connected to the internet.
We are working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

Known issues with KB4558998(1809): After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND."Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs.

2020-06 Cumulative update 1903 x64 Windows 10 (KB4560960) could not be installed Error Code: 0x8007371c

Hello

Please can you download the update from the Update Catalog site and install.

Choose to download the last one on the list which should be Version 1903 for x64-based Systems.
