Windows 10: Unable to Install Forza 5 Premium

I've been trying to install Forza 5 Premium for two days now. Nothing I have found on the internet has fixed the issue for me. I have space on all my drives, Windows is 100% up to date. All drivers are 100% up to date. The date and time are correct. My region is correct. Sfc /scannow is clean. All services are running. I get error code: 0x803fb107 every single time.I can't even get a refund, the refund page goes, "oops there was an error". Please can someone help me not have thrown away $99 USD?

Unable to Play Forza 4 online

We understand your concern as you are unable to play online with Forza 4. We appreciate your effort in providing the screenshot of the issue.



In this scenario, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if that fix the issue.

1. Click on Start Menu and type
   services.msc in Start search box and hit Enter.
   
2. Right-click the Peer Networking Grouping service and select
   Properties.
   
3. Check if the service is started; if not, right-click and select Start.
   
4. You may also set the Startup type to Automatic
   under Properties.
   
5. Click OK and restart the computer.

If the issue persists then click on Start Menu and type CMD and right click on CMD icon and select Run as Administrator.

1. Type "netsh" and press enter
   
2. Type "int teredo" and press enter
   
3. Type "set state disabled" and press enter
   
4. Type "int ipv6" and press enter
   
5. Type "set teredo client" and press enter
   
6. Restart the PC and check.

How to Install Forza MotorSports Apex 6 Offline

Hi,

For us to have a better overview of your concern, kindly clarify the following details:

• What is the exact error message?
• What storage device did you use to download the game?
• What type of user account are you using? (e.g. Microsoft account, local account)

We suggest enabling offline play on your device before installing the game. Refer to

Play games offline on Windows using Offline mode for the steps.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
