Windows 10: Unable to install Forza Horizon 5

I bought the game at it's release and had to completely redownload it at each update. To solve this problem i deleted it several times but now i can't download it again and get the message that the issue is from the side of the microsoft store. I tried all the indicated things to solve the problems but no results in it.I had to open another user on windows, another account on xbox and buy a game pass to be able to launch the download of the games files and switch back to the other user to install the game but i know it's only a temporary solution and therefore went for help with microsoft but
