Windows 10: Unable to install fresh windows 11 with an AMD GPU plugged in

I have been trying to install a fresh Windows 11 on this machine for about a week now and managed to narrow it down to the AMD Driver. i have multiple GPUs at home all of which are working, but windows crashes and never comes back even with a system restore which bricks the windows completely to a point where you cannot use the system restore point any more.I tried installing offline without updates ISO contains an SP, it usually gets me to the desktop but again just fails, screen shuts off and GPU only works with BIOS and SETUP.I have an super old NVIDIA GPU which I plugged in and everythin

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

Configure AMD MGPU for Multi-GPU Operation with AMD Software | AMD

For DirectX® 12 and Vulkan® titles, multi-GPU operation is exclusively handled by the application and configured from the in-app/game menu for graphics /video.

As DX12 is used by default in Windows 11, it cannot be ruled out that this is the reason why the AMD driver is actively blocking the MGPU functionality in Windows 11, for which I suggest you contact AMD for further support.
