Windows 10: Unable to install Groove music, Windows Calculator and Sound recorder.

For some unknown reasons I'm unable to install Groove music, Windows Calculator and Sound Recorder. Few days ago there was an update for all these apps I tried to install the update but failed to install updates and Windows 10 Store returned me this error "0x80073CF9". I uninstalled these apps using CCleaner thinking that reinstalling would fix the problem but it didn't fix. Now I'm unable to install only these apps. I tried using that "Powershell trick to reinstall all apps" that also failed to install only these apps. I even tried creating new user account with "Administrator" privileges that also failed to install only these apps.

Windows details:
Windows 10 64bit 1511 build 10586.420

Problem With Windows 10Apps

On my PC, many apps of windows 10 like-calculator, groove music, movies & TV, sound Recorder, Skype, etc. are not working properly, they opens & closes immediately.

Plz. Tell me how to take rid of it

 

Windows 10 apps crashes while opening

installed windows 10 now im unable to open few apps like store,camera,mail,calculator,groove music and few more.when i open they appear for a sec and crashes

I think the quickest way to sort this out will be to do a Repair install with an in-place upgrade. If you follow the tutorial you will not lose any data or apps you have installed.

Thanks philc43, I don't have the time nor I have internet data to download such huge file. Anyway Windows 10 Anniversary update is on August 2nd I'll hang on tight till then. For time being I've installed replacements of them. I've installed "Windows 7 calculator", using "Windows Media Player" & I don't have any use of "Sound Recorder" hence didn't bother anything about it.
