Windows 10: Unable to install KB5022913

I read online that start menu tweak programs disrupt this. I had StartAllBack or something like that, I uninstalled it and rebooted, but still the problem remains. I also read here that if you reinstall Windows 11, that can take care of it. I'm hoping that I can find an easier solution even if I can still keep all my files. Any other suggestions? I mean, I can reinstall, using the keep my files option. Is that the simplest?

apply winners_fix.reg (zipped, and UNDO file included.). Rerun KB5022913 setup using the KB5022913 MSU (windows11.0-kb5022913-x64_058db040fe0858ee045c9b7ceef197a0fd899e09.msu) from the MU Catalog.

Let me know if it works. Note that there is also an Undo file included.

I'd hacked my taskbar on 2 laptops some time ago. I had beautiful small taskbar and icons until KB5022913 installed. So, I uninstalled KB5022913. Reported same to Microsoft with feedback.

Try this:

Unzip KB5022913 MSU (windows11.0-kb5022913-x64_058db040fe0858ee045c9b7ceef197a0fd899e09.msu) from the MU Catalog. Use 7-Zip to extract the SSU-22621.1344-x64.cab file to "C:\Updates". Run the command-line: dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Updates\SSU-22621.1344-x64.cab" to apply the latest SSU.

The Winners registry keys must be updated to 10.0.22621.1344. To do so, apply winners_fix.reg (zipped, and UNDO file included.). Rerun KB5022913 setup using the KB5022913 MSU (windows11.0-kb5022913-x64_058db040fe0858ee045c9b7ceef197a0fd899e09.msu) from the MU Catalog.

If that doesn't help, repair Windows using an in-place upgrade.
