Windows 10: Unable To Install Microsoft ++ 2022 Redistributable

Hello,When trying to install the Microsoft C++ 2022 redistributable, I get an error message please see below.How do I correct this error.Thank you for your time

Can not install Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Redistributable package/ Windows 11

Please download the Program install/uninstall Troubleshooter from Microsoft.

• Run the tool, and select "Uninstalling".
  
• In the next screen, select the VC++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) Minimum runtime and uninstall it.
  
• Redo the steps and uninstall VC++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) Additional runtime.
  

If necessary, uninstall the x86 version as well.

Once done, install the latest VC++ x64 and x86 redist.

Hello. Where can I find this version Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 redistributable (x86) - 14.34.31938 installer? I have a file installer residue of it, impossible to remove it from install/uninstall list. Need an installer to remove it. But I couldn't find this version anywhere on internet. Would appreciate help.
