I am a member of the Microsoft PC Manager community and this question has been asked many times in our community, so I can answer this question for you.

First, you can download the offline installer. The offline installer skips the step of downloading the resource files from Microsoft servers, so you can use the offline package to skip the problem that you have with the network and cannot install successfully. The download address for the offline package is https://aka.ms/PCManagerOFL30101.

Second, you can download and use our no-install package. It provides directly the resource files that our installer releases in the installation directory. Please extract it to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft PC Manager directory (in theory, other directories are equally fine, but placing it in the corresponding location will avoid some possible errors). The current version of the free installation package can be downloaded at https://aka.ms/WMOnlineZip10000_1.2.6.4.

The no-install package is not registered to the system application list, so you cannot uninstall it through the system settings. However, you can simply delete the folder you extracted.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Unable to install any OS

Hi guys, I'm unable to install any OS. I tried ubuntu and got input/output error, tried installing window 7 error 0x80000010.

Downloaded iso's of both again and again still same result. Got a new SSD still the same, tried a different usb still the same.

I'm fed up, have been trying since the past 1 month still am unable to install.
I've listed my specs in my profile.

PS Have even tried/changed my ram.
Where the pug is the problem ?

I have been using live usb to work on computer for now but I need a permanent OS.
