Windows 10: Unable to install Minecraft for Windows 10 starter edition

Hello,


I've purchased Mine Craft for Windows 10 starter edition. When I go to install from MS Store, I have the install option.





In the next screen I choose the device I am using and select "Install now".





This then appears to be installing successfully for a few seconds and just stops and gos back to the first screenshot again. There are no errors or information.





Then back to here.





I have already tried resetting the store via the following steps.


Try resetting the Store and see if that helps.

1. 
   Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
   
   
2. 
   In Run dialog box, type ‘wsreset.exe’ and hit Enter.
   

Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



Please can you advise what other steps I should take.

Unable to download and install Minecraft for Windows 10 - Starter Edition

I bought Minecraft for Windows 10 - Starter Edition game through the Microsoft store.

I go to 'help' and am told this:

Windows 10

1. Go to order history, find Windows 10 , then select Product key/Install.
2. Select Copy to copy the key, then select Install.
3. Select Download tool now, and follow the instructions.
4. A wizard will help you through the steps to install. You can install Windows 10 on a PC or a Mac.
   

There IS NO "Windows 10" OR PRoduct key/install. This doesn't make sense - I want to download Minecraft not the OS.

When I click on INstall/play in my purchase window, it takes me to the microsoft store where it says I have to buy it again. Yes, I am signed into my account.

I've also tried clicking "install on my devices" but then says I don't have any registered devices, even though I AM SIGNED IN on my computer through Microsoft already.

I found this thread and have tried the steps in it with no success.

Steps I'm trying to install:

Login to microsoft account > Order History

Click on Minecraft for Windows 10 - Starter Edition (Transaction Completed status)

Message: "You own this game" Install/Play button available with Triple dot option next to it

If I click on Install/Play > Store displays asking me to purchase again

If I click on "Install on my devices", It says I have no devices added. However, if I click on add Device link, the new window shows the PC is added and is also the one I'm currently using.

Very frustrated. Downloading a game from the MS store should not be this difficult. Also, getting immediate assistance should also be available. This will be my last online purchase from Microsoft Store.

 

Minecraft Windows 10 starter edition Installation Freeze

So basically my mother bought be the starter edition of Minecraft windows 10

And when i click install The Microsoft store freezes and then afterwards it just closes

Plese i need help because my mother is wanting a refund D:
