Windows 10: Unable to install MS office using my Product key after I changed to a different country

I just moved to Canada from India and here my Microsoft office apps are not working; I do have the product key but am unable to find out which version of MS office i should activate with it. Is there any way to find the MS version using the product key?I tried installing the MS office 2016 Professional Plus version but It said that the product key is not valid.

I just built a new rig for my grandma but unable to install MS office because she lost the product key. The old HDD still has it install but I don't know how to recover it... *Confused

Okay, the first question was answered but the 2nd one is a bit unclear based on your suggestion. So you meant to say that you need to uninstall the current MS office 2019 Pro and then install the MS Office 2016 Pro then using my newly bought product key to activate it?

Activate over the Internet

Activate by telephone

Under Step 1 in the Activation Wizard, select your country/region, and then call the Product Activation Center phone number that’s listed under the country/region you selected.

When prompted by the Product Activation Center, provide the Installation ID that's shown in the Activation Wizard under Step 2.

The Product Activation Center will provide a Confirmation ID that you enter in the Activation Wizard under Step 3.
