Windows 10: unable to install .Net Framework 4.8

[COLOR=rgba36, 39, 41, 1]I was trying to install a prpgram but it showed an error about net framework with code 0x80070643.I did download the net fw 4.8 and tried to repair but it didnt work. When i checked regedit i couldnt find directory named v4, there was only v2,v3 and v3.5. I checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP I realized that i am also unable to launch microsoft store. Any help would be much appreciated.[/COLOR]

There's a possibility that Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is already part of your Windows that's why you are getting the error message
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is already a part of this operating system. You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4
redistributable. when installing it. To verify if it was already installed, kindly follow the steps below:

• Click on the Start menu.
• Type Turn Windows features on or off.
  
• Press Enter.
• Check if you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. If so, tick the box beside it.
• Click on OK.
