Windows 10: Unable to install network drivers

My laptop has no network driver. When troubleshooting the Wi-Fi-/network adapters, I am told that a network adapter could not be found, which can be see in Device Manager, under Network Adapters. Currently, I am using a USB Wi-Fi adapter for internet access, but I would like for my laptop to have access to the internet without having to rely on the USB.I have gone on the HP website to install the network driver, but the support assistant program told me that my drivers were all up-to-date, so I couldn't manually install anything. I also tried the Intel website to download the driver. When I op

As you are unable to install the software for the driver in normal mode, I suggest you to install the same in compatibility mode by following the steps provided below:

• Right click on the setup file of the software and select
  “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to“Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
• Let the software install and then check thefunctionality.

Install a driver for your network adapter

Did all you said, didnt work
Also, i already have the cd. It is not its drivers people. It is something else
If it was the drivers the wireless usb key would have worked.
All kind of drivers suggested, official and other things didn't work.
It must be something blocking my pc network

Have you tried installing the drivers in compatibility mode? If not, download and install the network drivers in compatibility mode and check if it resolves the issue.

Perform the following troubleshooting steps.

  Right click on the setup files and select

  Run this program in compatibility for:

  Click on Apply and Ok.
  

Check if it helps.

You can also run Network troubleshooter and check if it helps.

To run the Network troubleshooter

  In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
  
• 
  Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.
