Windows 10: Unable to Install Printer Driver

Hello! I have a Dell desktop running on Windows 10; I tried to install my printer. I was able to add it but it's not installing the driver. I've tried both using the USB and also wirelessly. Same issue. I'm wondering if maybe my printer is just too old but would like to see if I can somehow install the driver first and troubleshoot before buying a new computer. I tried using another computer, and it works - but it's only printer black, even though it's a color printer. I've also tried going online to install the driver myself, but it still didn't work. To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install
