Windows 10: Unable to install printer drivers connect Error: 0x000003eb

I have installed and uninstalled the printer using the drivers from the cd and website but get blocked; reviewed Regedit and see nothing wrong; have checked processes and the print spooler and windows are both on full auto; have switched USB ports have used all my laptop; have tried a USB cable and so far nothing has worked ! !I have a laser printer and that works fine and the cannon works fine on my other laptop; lucky I have two; want a scanner and color printing so got the cannon.So this begs the huge question of why the cannon work on laptop number 1 but not lap number two?

Can't share printer—getting error message

Not working... I see the printer, but when I go to add it, I get this messge: "Windows could not connect to the printer (error 0x0000000d)."

I installed the 32-bit drivers for it and printed something out from the pc the printer is connected to, and I went to the additional drivers page and added drivers for 64-bit, and when I went to add the printer on the other machine, it copied drivers over, but after that I got the error message listed above...
