Windows 10: Unable to install purchase from Microsoft Store error code 0x80073D21

Hello,I recently purchased the HEVC Video Extensions codec however any attempt to install brings up the same error code 0x80073D21. I have changed where all new content is change to the system C: drive, as well as trying every other drive on my PC and nothing seems to work. Signing out and signing back in, as well as running wsreset.exe has not solved the problem either.Any help would be great, thank you.[Error message as for some reason adding a screenshot to here isn't working either:This app must install to your system drive, but that's not the default. Unable to Purchase anything on Windows Store

Whenever I am trying to purchase/upgrade any App in Store, I am getting an error as shown in the screenshot:





Please help suggest why this is happening, and how to rectify? Apps are downloading and updating absolutely fine. There is also no Issue with my account.

Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

Microsoft Store, Unable to install apps, getting error code: 0xC0EA000A

I've tried numerous suggestions I've found only and am still unable to install some apps with the Microsoft Store.
Error code: 0xC0EA000A

Some apps I can install. I click on it, it downloads and installs, no problem.

But for some reason I'm unable to install iTunes and Files App.

I get the error when it says "Acquiring License"

I'm stuck - what can I do?
