Windows 10: unable to install recent software

I have been trying to install some upgrades to current software (iobit) and the installation fails: giving the following message


error creating registry key;

Hkey_Local_machine\software\windows\current version \uninstall\SmartDefrag _is1


Reg-create KeyEx failed; Code 5, Access denied


How do I fix this?

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.

 

unable to install bluetooth adapter driver software

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

As you are unable to install the software for the driver in normal mode, I suggest you to install the same in compatibility mode by following the steps provided below:

• Right click on the setup file of the software and select
  “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to“Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
• Let the software install and then check thefunctionality.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
