Windows 10: Unable to install, uninstall, or start WhatsApp on Windows Desktop 10

The WhatsApp icon is greyed out in my start menu and has an exclamation point next to it.When it stopped working again, I tried the above again, but now it doesn’t work. I tried downloading the installer from the WhatsApp site, but it failed and redirected me to the Microsoft Store, where it failed again. The error in the Microsoft Store says, “It is our problem, and we are looking into it” or something very similar. I tried installing Solitaire from the Microsoft Store, and it works fine. So, the problem is not in the Microsoft Store.Uninstalling also fails and the error code is 0x80073cfa.&n

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
