Windows 10: Unable to install Update 22H2 on fresh install of Windows 10

I've been trying to fix my computer after it was having issues with multiple different applications crashing very often during normal use. I Attempted to just repair Windows and that did nothing. So my next step is to do a fresh install, in case the registry became corrupt beyond resolution. Upon booting into Windows and running Windows Update it attempts to download and install Update 22H2. It hangs, fails, and just all around does not work. I've gotten multiple different error numbers, one being Error 0xc0000005. All of the errors I've gotten have all had the same suggestions to attempt to f

Fresh installs do it too, in fact i have had the same bs happen. Might be suggested apps which you can turn off.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

I wish I could do a fresh install, but I can only get 10 via 7. If I'm not mistaken, there's no way to disable updates in Windows 10.
