Windows 10: Unable to install updates as an administrator

Hi! Whenever I try to install any kind of program or game update my screen goes black. The only way to return it to normal is by clicking ctrl alt delete. I called the company that built my pc who deleted and reinstalled my GPU with an update but anything else they were getting the same error. They said my pc is not recognising "run as administrator" and I'm the only user on the pc. I've been told to back up my files and reset... But if there's another option than doing that I would prefer it. Especially if it was to happen again.I've installed nothing for the last 3 months and the last instal

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

• Install iTunes as administrator.
• Update your Windows.
• Restart your PC.

Unable to install update

I'm unable to install the KB4103721 update on windows 10. I cant shutdown the computer normally, it keeps saying update and shutdown/restart no matter how many times I do it.

Thins I've already tired:

• Update and shutdown
• Update and restart
• deleted the update from windows/softwaredistribution
• tried to restore system to before I tried to install it.
