Windows 10: Unable to install win updated

Hp Stream laptop with 32gb sd drive (I know! its a friends PC)

Win10 windows updates shows some 5 updates available one of which is win 1903

I ran disck cleanup and again for sys files, als uninstalled various apps which resulted in 3.2gb free, then connected a 16gb usb

Winupdate then installed some 4 updates using the D:\ drive as an updated location for the updates.

Re-started the PC ran win update showed win 1903 cumulative started the update, a screen indicated that it needed 1.9gb free on C:\ and D:\ had 15gb free, continued, next screen said it needed to have more C:\ free (which had some 3.3gb free) I'm in a never ending circle, despite haveing sufficient space

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

 

win 7 cant install update

• Boot into safe mode;
• Open Code: %temp%[/quote] on Explorer;
• Delete everything inside it;
• Reboot;
• Try to apply updates again;
• ...
• PROFIT?

 

Unable to install update

I'm unable to install the KB4103721 update on windows 10. I cant shutdown the computer normally, it keeps saying update and shutdown/restart no matter how many times I do it.

Thins I've already tired:

• Update and shutdown
• Update and restart
• deleted the update from windows/softwaredistribution
• tried to restore system to before I tried to install it.
