Windows 10: unable to install windows caused by error 0xc000021a

i have formatted my c drive and when i start my windows i get a screen "an operating system wasnt found" so i installed windows before the format and when i selected my usb to boot it came wjth an error code 0xc000021a please help.

Windows stuck with error 0xc000021a

Hi
In below customer scenario windows boot gives error 0xc000021a constantly.
Scenario
1. Customer boots PC and logs in
2. Waiting for some minutes and then black screen
3. Force power down
4. When then rebooting error 0xc000021a comes constantly.

Any suggestions (besides restore from backup)?
