Windows 10: Unable to install Windows XP on 2013 laptop

Hey all geeks,I've been recently wanting to revamp my old laptop and make it cool again by putting Windows XP on it, I know Windows XP is obsolete but I want it so I have compatibility with my batch of old program CDs. I already installed Windows 10 on UFEI mode, but now I put in a Windows XP .ISO and when I click on the install.exe, the "install Windows XP" button is grayed out. I have also tried doing it via DVD, but that didn't work. I've seen some posts like mine before saying that "you can't do it within Windows 10" but when I try to do it through BIOS by changing the boot order to start

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Unable to install outlook 2013

Unable to re-install outlook 2013, (after a fresh re-install of windows 10), response found a pre-release version of office product running which is preventing installation of outlook 2013. Went thru all the posted resolution steps, no luck.

Windows XP unable to install

I've reformatted thousands of PCs, including the latest HP laptops/netops, and I can assure you they do nothing of the sort, in fact it would actually be illegal if they did(at least in the US). You can install any OS you want, as long as there are drivers to allow it.

That being said, it is entirely likely that XP has a conflict with some piece of hardware in the computer, it is causing the blue screen.

The first thing I would do is completely wipe the hard drive using the built in tool when you boot the XP CD. Delete every partition, then partition the drive using the XP boot CD. If anything, create a single partition the size you want, for XP, then once XP is installed you can create your other partitions using whatever tool you prefer. Then install Ubuntu.
