Windows 10: Unable to install Xbox app whatsoever...

Hello, I can't download Xbox app from store, it is pending forever... I downloaded app from website and installed it, but I couldn't login since login window showed briefly, flashed and then disappeared. So I uninstalled that and trying to download it through store... I tried to reset store in Windows Setting and even to reinstall it completely using this command: Code: PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *WindowsStore*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}" I also tried sfc /scannow and it didn't find any corruption... Also clicking on update all, or download now didn't help, also tried store troubleshooter... Nothing helped! BTW I turned on metered connection, but my connection is unlimited, not sure if this could cause it! But I don't want to turn it off, because I don't want automatic updates!!! Now I can't install it even using installer from microsoft website... Progress bar is stuck at 0%... And now it said install complete, but I can't find app searching for in through start... It is missing even in apps and features (win+i) after restart, so it obviously didn't install LOL... SOLUTION: After everything , I tried to install it yet again, but setup frozen(I was very patient...) and after I closed setup, it didn't even close, was forced to kill it. It has 0% CPU usage, but there wasn't written that it wasn't responding weird... Funny everything from Microsoft is so bugged... Finally after 20 google links, logging off store and in helped. I wasn't logged previously, no idea why this was a problem.........................

To update your Xbox app on your Windows device, you can follow these instructions:

1. You will need to first launch the Marketplace App on your device.
2. Once you in the app, please search for “Xbox”
3. Click onto the Xbox app, that will be displayed in the search results – This should also be noted as “Installed”.
4. Once you have clicked onto the App, then it should install the update for the App on your device.
5. Once it has updated, you can navigate back to your app and launch it where you should then see the connect option.

Not able to connect my Xbox One to the Xbox App

You can try a power cycle on the console (holding the power button for 10 seconds), which will turn off your Xbox One. Once the Xbox One is turned off, turn it back on and see if your Xbox One will connect to your Windows 10 device.

XBox app crashes on launch in Windows 10

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

  Type Windows Powershell in search box.

  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
