Unable to join client machine to domain. Active Directory environment created in Azure.

Context: I'm running an active directory environment using Microsoft Azure. I have 3 VMs, 2 of which are domain controllers running 2019 Windows Server datacenter with the 3rd VMclient machine running Windows 10 Pro.All of the VMs have static IPs and when created, were added to the subnet I made. The static IP addresses of the 2 domain controllers have been added to the DNS server of the virtual network. I've created a user in one of the domain controllers the logon name for the user is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" tesuser is purposely spelled that way, not a mistake, not real domain name alsoPr

    :)

Joining a Windows 10 Pro machine to Azure AD without linking/registering an employees email address to that computer

I have been researching for a few weeks now trying to figure out how to join Azure AD for new purchased machines when setting up the machine.

I have two different scenarios that would be joining azure AD.

    1. Shipping a machine that has not been setup yet directly to an employee's location. I have to walk through step by step on how to configure settings, join the azure domain, and how to download a program or two. Is their a Microsoft process that I can put
information into that knows that computer needs to join our azure domain? I do not wish to sign in with my credentials to join the azure domain each time we order a new computer.

    2. If my company has a windows 10 Home edition machine that we would want to add to our Azure AD, We purchase a windows 10 pro license and activate it under the settings. our next step is going into the settings to join an azure AD domain through a Microsoft
account, however I do not wish to register my account on every computer in our environment. Is their a way to have this computer join azure AD with some sort of a token or activation process? The second issue to this scenario is after joining the azure AD
with my credentials the local admin account is still active and I need to then go through the process of logging in and removing this account.

What would be the best process of joining my environments machines to our Azure AD network without having to register my account with each computer?

Join Azure Ad or Local domain

We have recently migrated to Office 365 with a hybrid AD setup. I am setting up a new laptop for a user, first one since the migration, and in the original setup it had me join the Azure AD. However, I usually set these laptops up to join the local domain so the users can access the file shares. The shares are accessed via Mapped Drives from Group Policy, and being joined to the Azure AD did not map these drives. When I go to join the laptop to the local domain, I get an error saying "The device is joined to an Azure AD. To join an Active Directory domain, you must .... disconnect your device from your work or school." So there's no way to be joined to the Azure, even though its syncing with my local AD? I want the best of both worlds. What's the best way of doing that? I feel if I unjoin from the Azure AD I'm kind of going backwards, but they need access to those local file stores. Any brilliant workarounds out there? Thanks!
