Windows 10: Unable to launch remote APP via Gateway 6 Server 2019

Hello everyone,I'm trying to launch a remote APP via Gateway, but I've this error : The remote resource can't be reached. Check your connection and try again or ask your network administrator for help.I've a single server. It has all RDP role RDS + License + Gateway + Broker and it's not a domain controller.The Gateway works with a real certificate signed by a global CA, and the port used is 443.This is strange because :Local and RDP : OKLocal and RemoteAPP : OKGateway and RDP : OKGateway and RemoteAPP : ERRORI've already google this error, and don't found the solution. I already replace D

Remote App Programs in Server 2019

Hi Team, Please find the scenario and let me know how I can deploy this.

Server 1 - MS Office Server (Published MS office applications as remote app)

Server 2 - Remote Desktop Session Host (Server 2019) - No MS office applications installed

Server 3 - Broker Server

Server 4 - License Server

Server 5 - RD Web Access

I have created a group policy and added URL (RD Web Access) under remote app and desktop connection and applied to server 2.

I will usually connect to server 2 to access my files which is server 2019. I tried to access an excel file in server 2019 and noticed not able to open with remote app program. If I set default program as EXCEL.RDP file then it opens remote desktop connection
screen. Please help me with this and this is really urgent and I need to test and deploy.

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

RD Gateway Server - how to remove permanently

Hello,
At my previous job, I was asked to take certain steps (don't remember now what they were) but it was to set up RDP to use a Gateway server.

Now that I've changed jobs, I still see the old IP and Gateway server information. I went to registry and deleted the entries from Terminal client and servers.

However, I still see a server name listed under RDP-Advanced-Settings-Use these RD Gateway Server settings.
I have opted for - Do not use RD Gateway server but was wondering how to remove the old server name entry completely.
