Windows 10: Unable to load up Bit locker keys

Hello i was trying to get my bit locker keys since i had to do some changes to my pc and i am getting error TraceID: 9Wv/34HMwky3QJDa.6.111 this has been going on since last night

Bit locker key - Unable to find

My laptop is asking for a bit locker key. My laptop is not registered with microsoft acccount and I am unable to find the bit locker key.

I have the recovery key. How can i get the bit locker key with the help of recovery key.

I have not set up the bit locker key for my laptop. When i tried to login yesterday, it is asking for bit locker key.

Can you please help me fix this issue

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.
