Windows 10: Unable to locate back Halo wars 1 and 2 after changing my drive

Greetings,Kindly seeking support as i changed today my SSD to another and reinstalled windows. after i reinstalled xbox app and consul companion i restored back AOE1 and 4 installation included in Game Pass but i couldn't find Halo wars 1 and 2 already owned them.My installation location is another drive D: which is already existed i didn't replace itplease help as the 2 games are already taking huge size on the D drive but i am unable to locate them and the xbox app just downloading them from the beginning and take new size on the D drive not updating the already existed dataThankswai

The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is not included in the bundle. This may be the reason why you're encountering issues installing the content. To get this item, you'll need to purchase it separately. Refer to the following links for more information:
