Windows 10: Unable to log in after first boot with new motherbord

Hello, I just changed motherboard but am using the same cpu,gpu and ssd. It all booted well but when trying to log in it asked me to change my pin but my motherboard does not recognize my Ethernet or WiFi so I can’t do that. I changed the file name in the command prompt after restarting my pc but it only says sign in now but when I press it says no internet. What do I do ?

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.

Unable to log into computer

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the suggestion, though I am unable to preform the clean boot as I need to be logged into the computer to preform it. I am still unable to log in.
