Windows 10: Unable to log in, safe mode doesn’t work

I have a three month old Dell XPS. I am unable to log in to the computer because it says the camera isnt working and “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.” I’ve also gotten an error message from explorer.exe saying “the system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. The overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.” I have tried following the guide to start a safe mode boot up but no method has worked. It appears like I am stuck in one screen with not a single route to escape. Also, whe

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I’m having trouble logging into my PC from Safe Mode; Windows 10

I can’t boot into normal mode. I’m trying to get out of Safe Mode but the only way to get out is to log into my PC with the password it asks me, but my password for some reason doesn’t work. The keyboard works fine. I use WiFi, and WiFi doesn’t work when in Safe Mode. I’m ultimately stuck right now. Can’t do anything else. Been trying all day, looking for countless solutions

I understand that as repeating the basic problem. Is that what you mean? I can't tell you why- some sort of corruption- hence all the steps I'm suggesting. Please try each in turn.

The first are to check for basic forms of corruption and so proceed onwards in order.
