Windows 10: unable to log in to microsoft services after replacing CPU

I replaced my Ryzen 7 2700x with a 5600x and can boot into Windows fine, but cannot log into any services such as Xbox game pass or the Microsoft store. I can log in just fine on the website and through any other device. I have my Windows key in front of me in case it's an activation problem from switching components but the troubleshooter for the activation does not appear. I am currently logged in to a local account and cannot log back into my Microsoft account from there. this is the error I am getting and have looked up this string and gotten nothing. Unable to play Minecraft after replacing my motherboard and CPU.

I'm unable to play Minecraft after replacing my motherboard and CPU. I'm logged into my Microsoft account, but when I try to open Minecraft I receive a popup that says I'm unable to sign in and it gives me an error code of 0x803f8001. Any suggestions?

 

Error 0xc004f025 when re-activating Windows after motherboard/CPU replacement

I have a digital license, and was unable to extract a product key because the reason I replaced my motherboard/CPU is due to the original one dying unexpectedly. When using the troubleshooter I click the link for "I changed hardware on this device recently.
I pick the same desktop that this is and click "This is the device I'm using right now" but when I click activate it just says "We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later." The Learn more link where it lists various error codes doesn't include
this one. If I log into my Microsoft account I can still see "this" computer (though it still lists the CPU I had before replacing it) on my devices list. How do I get this computer to be reassociated with my Windows license?

 

Service Host: Network List Service hogging CPU

I have a Surface Go running Windows 10 (not 10S), and recently (last few weeks) whenever it wakes from Sleep "Network List Service" starts using at least 30% of my CPU. Often my combined CPU use is 100%. This goes on for a minute or more. None of my
other computers have this problem. Suggestions?
