Windows 10: Unable to log in to my account HTTP 400 error

I’m unable to log in to my account HTTP 400 error.I’ve tried multiple methods and attempted to add several Microsoft accounts, but I always get the HTTP 400 error. I’ve looked through forums and the Microsoft website, but even the instructions provided there didn’t help. I have a saved and active Microsoft account on my computer, and I can access the Microsoft Store, but when I try to download something, the system asks for my password and then gets stuck in an infinite loading screen — it doesn’t show an incorrect password message, nor does it complete the login process.How should I proceed
