Windows 10: Unable to log in to window with CORRECT password. BSOD the work around I know I can not access

For many years I have known that when you need to use system restore, you CANNOT use your PIN on the last sign-in if you want to access through safe-mode etc or CMD at startup etc at the startup.You must use your PASSWORD NO PIN and then hold shift down and restart then your password will work.I currently have a BSOD blue Screen of Death during the boot of the PC and I am not able to get to the login and use my password.The password that I know is 100% correct will not work.I have then logged into Microsoft and changed the password and still will not work,Currently unable to STARTUP REPAI

• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• Which browser are you using to access the work website on your device?
• Have you tried to access it on different web browsers?

If you are using Internet Explorer try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to add the website under trusted sites in Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

Follow:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click Tools/ Settings at the right top corner of the window.
• Click Internet Options
• Click the Security tab
• Click Trusted sites
• Click Sites
• Click on Add this website to the zone to add the site.

Step 2: If the issue still persists, I suggest you to access the website in
InPrivate mode and check.

InPrivate Browsing enables you to surf the web without leaving a trail in Internet Explorer. This helps prevent anyone else who might be using your computer from seeing what sites you visited and what you looked at on the web. You can start InPrivate
Browsing from the New Tab page or the Safety button.

Steps to open the browser in InPrivate mode:

Open Internet Explorer, press Shift+Ctrl+P
to open the browser in InPrivate mode and try to access the website.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

If the issue persists,

Step 2:

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.
