Windows 10: Unable to log in to windows.... Status:0xc000006d Sub status: 0070070

I am unable to log into my Windows 10 Pro Computer. When I try to use my PIN, It sends the error "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User Profile can not be loaded." When I try to change the PIN, the error code is " User Profile cannot be loaded. My problem is that all of the answers that I've found so far tell me to go to settings, or download something, or try something that also requires that I have access to the computer.But I do not have access to my computer, or the internet, or settings. Please help. Is there a way to bypass the login screen?

thermal status stuck at log?

hey guys so as the title says.. my thermal status is at log.. nothing has changed withmy laptop and it runs fine.. and ive never hit this before.. any ideas on how to get it to stop showing LOG? im hoping i didnt damage my processor.. it runs fine and was never overclocked :S *Frown

This might occur when the system icon is turned off.
