Windows 10: Unable to log in without Internet.

Online answer: You can change to a Local Account in Settings > Accounts > Your Info > Sign in with a Local Account Instead, which doesn't require internet. What mean by "Local Account"?My husband has same computer and can sign in without internet. So still not sure how to change my settings.

• When you say 'address/computer entrance ID is not listed' are you referring to log in password?
• What is the error message you get?

I would suggest you to perform an Internet troubleshooter by following the steps below.

• Click on start and type ‘troubleshooting’ and press enter.
• Click on ‘View all’ on top left corner.
• Select ‘Internet Connections’ in the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Also, check if the issue persists by connecting to a different network.
