Windows 10: Unable to log into Microsoft account on phone due to error : "DNS address could not be found"

I am unable to log into Windows via the web or the app on my phone due to DNS error noted. I am unable to open Microsoft login page at all.

Microsoft Account logged in via Edge / Bing. Included full address.

I was checking my login history of my Microsoft account a few days ago and noticed something very odd. In the listing one of the entries noted that it was logged into via Edge and included a full address provided by Bing. We are talking even the house number. The house is located about 15 miles away.

My question is how accurate is this log? Is there anyway that it could be an error or do I now have the exact address of the person who accessed my account?
