    Hello, Hello,I am unable to lot into Microsoft 11 through Parallels. All of the sudden it stopped working. When I log in I get Error Msg: "An error occurred while switching to Coherence. Please try again". I tried everything and can't get it to open. I checked Maintenance and it says "Last run: in progress."I tried contacting Parallels via messenger and they were no help. Tried to take it to Geek Squad and they wouldn't touch it. I checked and all renewals are on autopay. Please help me, I'm not tech savvy and don't understand how it works. I'm use to opening my lap top and everything wor
