Windows 10: Unable to log into Microsoft Store and Unable to download items.

I've been trying to install Minecraft Bedrock on my PC and haven't been able to due to errors in the Microsoft Store.In the Minecraft Launcher, I'm unable to launch bedrock and it says to install a newer version of the Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store.Whenever I try to install it, it shows up with an error saying "PUR-AuthenticationFailure". Been trying to find a way to fix this and still haven't found one.

Is there something wrong with the server providing the download for SysTool? I'm unable to download the application using Firefox or IE.

Are there any mirrors?

unable to download itunes from microsoft store

I am unable to download the itunes app on to my pc from the Microsoft store. I select itunes, I get to the itunes app page and click "download now." When I do this, it opens a new Microsoft Store window listing a whole bunch of "Essential Apps." I scroll down the list of "essential apps," find itunes again and select it, which brings me back to the same itunes download page I started with. But when I select "download now" it just opens up the "Essential Apps" window again. What am I doing wrong?

Please provide us a screen shot of the issue if possible.

I suggest you to reset Windows Store by following the steps below and check if it helps.

Press “Windows key + R”, type “WSReset.exe” (without quotes) and press Enter.
